Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Ingot 47 jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.
Custom or Personalised Items
As each piece is handmade to order, custom or personalised jewelry cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at hello@ingot47.com and return the original item. We'll be happy to send you a replacement once we receive the returned piece.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ingot47.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
