All orders are sent using Royal Mail 'signed for' which is trackable. We cannot accept responsibility for orders 'lost' which are signed for by a third party.

*If choosing Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm, we can only guarantee this for items in stock and for orders received before 2pm.

International Tracked and Signed cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured.

All items are sent using the Tracked and Signed For system. Therefore, INGOT47 cannot be held responsible for ‘lost’ orders when signed for by a third party.

INGOT47 cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit and in this situation a claim must be made through Royal Mail. Similarly, in the case of Industrial Action by Royal Mail we hold no liability for late delivery.
